La proposta progettuale raccoglie i valori del luogo, riproponendoli come sorgente d’identità per la città di Tortolì ed il porto di Arbatax. Il territorio è segnato dalla forte presenza del mare e dall’impronta naturale degli scogli rossi che vogliono essere riconosciuti, ma che oggi non riescono ad essere valorizzati, trovandosi nel mezzo di una zona indefinita, un “non luogo”.
The project takes inspiration from the values of the site, that are presented as a source of identity for the town of Tortolì and the port of Arbatax. The strong presence of the sea and the natural print of the red rocks that need to be highlighted, but that today are not valued, left in the middle of a undefined zone, a "no-place".
